I heard John read for the first time here in DeeCee at the Dark Room Collective Reunion reading and I was blown away by this poem

Kevin Young just kills! Have you read any of his works about food? And about Basquiat? Amazing.

I have not read the food poems, i have heard many of them read though…I dig the Basquiat works and two of his latest Dark Darkness and Ardency…I started his non fiction joint, The Grey Album, which I am really enjoying.
